• Meals Not Mentioned In The Itinerary
• Anything Not Mentioned In The Inclusions
• Porterage At Hotels And Airports, Tips, Insurance, Laundry, Liquors, Wine, Etc
• All Items Of Personal Nature
• Early Check In Charges
• Train/Air Fares
• Additional Meals Other than mentioned in inclusions.
• Camera/ Video Charge, Entry Fee At Park, Monuments, Museum Etc.. 
• Any Porterage Charges At Airport & Hotels Tips, Laundry, Telephone Charges
• All other expenses or items of personal nature
• Any Hike in Fuel Charges or Interstate Taxes Charges shall affect the present tour cost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• The Packages are Valid till 30^th Mar 2019.
• The above rates will not be valid for the X-Mass, New year and peak periods of Long Weekend 
• The Rooms are subject to Availability at the time of booking, in case of non-availability efforts will be made to book the package in similar category hotels.
• Bookings are subject to confirmations only once the full payment is deposited at least 7 days prior to departure.
• Cost is subject to change without prior notice, the travel management company shall not be held responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever
• Cancelled bookings will be liable for full retention, if cancelled within 7 Days before departure, in case of cancellation before 7 Days, there will be 50 % of Package cost charged as retention.
• The company will not assume any liability for cancellations arising due to Natural or Man Made disasters on or before the tour, any extra expenses arising out of such situations will have to be borne by the clients.
• Rates for Extra Bed & Child w/o Bed are Net & Non Commissionable.
