When you arrive at Tbilisi International Airport, our tour guide awaits to meet and greet you. Have lunch at a restaurant. Transfer to your hotel for check in. Rest of the day is free to relax after a long journey.
Evening we take you to one of the restaurants in Tbilisi where you’ll have dinner with Georgian cuisine accompanied by traditional Georgian dances and music.

City Tour of Tbilisi
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed on a city tour of Tbilisi.
Visit the following sights: Tbilisi Sameba Cathedral, the largest cathedral in the Caucasus; Metekhi Church, which is erected on the cliff, overlooking the Mtkvari River; Lift by cable car on Narikala fortress. Narikala is an ancient symbol of city defence. The fortress was established in the 4th century, around the period when the city itself was founded. Walk down to famous Sulfur Baths district, located in “Old Tbilisi”, called “Abanotubani” where several hot springs of sulfur water is concentrated. Visit Waterfall near botanical garden.
Then continue tour by visiting Shardeni street with its fashionable, cozy cafes and art galleries. Visit famous glass Bridge of Peace. Then visit Leselidze Street, where we come across Armenian church and Jewish synagogue. Finally visit Rustaveli Avenue, main street of the city, passing along the attractions, such as Tbilisi Opera and Ballet theatre, Rustaveli Theatre, different art galleries and cafes. Visit Turtle or Lisi Lake in Tbilisi.

After breakfast at the hotel, we drive to Kazbegi which is the historical settlement in the north-east of Georgia 160 km away from Tbilisi. On the way to Kazbegi we will also pass (stop upon request) Ananuri Castle and Jinvali water reservoir of amazing beauty. Stop for a lunch in Pasanauri.
Kazbegi is sunk in the mountains, surrounded with high picks. From Kazbegi you can witness glacier Mkinvartsveri (5047 m above sea level). From the center, the road leads to Gergeti trinity church, located 2170 m. Gergeti is the cultural monument and one of the venerated churches in Georgia dating to the XIV century, mostly poised in the clouds from where breath-taking view over Kazbegi and famous Darial gorge is opening. Rent 4x4 cars in Kazbegi to lift to Gergeti. In the evening drive to Gudauri, famous winter resort.

Gudauri – Mukhrani – Mtskheta – Tbilisi
Breakfast in hotel. We drive to Mukhrani. Visit Chateau Mukhrani. Here you will discover history of Georgian royal family, explore legends, feel smell of old and delicious wines. We will visit castle of Prince Ivane Mukhranbatoni, beautiful garden and old cellars, discover the art of castle winemaking. Taste delicious Georgian wine, cheese and snacks.
Then drive to Mtskheta, a UNESCO heritage site located at the crossing of two rivers and the ancient trade routes. Svetitskhoveli Cathedral in Mtskheta is a splendid architectural monument and the first Christian church in Georgia. It is the burial site of Georgian monarchs of Bagrationi dynasty. Jesus Christ’s robe is believed to be buried inside as well. Visit Jvari Church that stands on a hill overlooking the confluence of the Mtkvari and the Aragvi rivers. Drive back to Tbilisi.
