Turkey is on the Mediterranean, in the Anatolian region of West Asia, with a small section in Southeastern Europe separated by the Turkish Straits. With the Black Sea to the north and the Aegean Sea in the west and Mediterranean Sea to the southwest, Turkey is surrounded by Bulgaria and Greece to the west, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia to the northeast, Syria, Iraq and Iran to the southeast.
On your arrival day in Istanbul, you will be met by your guide and transfer to the hotel for check. Evening enjoy the Bosphorus cruise, which will take you past some of the city's most famous landmarks, including Dolmabahce Palace, Yildiz Palace, Ciragan Palace, Ortakoy, Rumeli Fortress, and Beylerbeyi Palace. After the cruise transfer to the hotel, where you will stay overnight.
After breakfast, depart for Bursa. Visit the historical Covered Bazaar and Ulucami (Grand) Mosque, Later to the Green Mosque and Green Mausoleum. Visit a traditional Turkish Delight Factory. Transfer to Kusadasi and check into your hotel.
After breakfast, start your fully guided tour of Ephesus, one of the best-preserved ancient sites in the world. You will see the Temple of Artemis, Curetes Street, the famous Roman baths, the Celsius Library, and the Grand Theatre. You will also visit the House of the Virgin Mary. After lunch, you will visit a carpet weaving center. Then check into your hotel in Pamukkale.
After breakfast, you will visit the Pamukkale terraces and the ruins of Hierapolis. You will walk around the natural phenomenon and have the option to swim in the natural springs. Then, you will be transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay in Pamukkale.
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and depart for Cappadocia via Konya. Visit the imposing green-tiled Mausoleum of Mevlana, the mystic founder of the Sufi sect. Continue to Cappadocia and check into your hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Cappadocia.
After a delightful breakfast, we will drive you to Kaymakli Underground City, one of the best-preserved underground cities in Cappadocia. Then visit Uchisar Castle, the Goreme Open Air Museum and then visit a pottery workshop. You will end the day in Pigeon Valley and return to your hotel in Cappadocia for an overnight stay.
In the morning, depart for Ankara. Then we visit Salt Lake, a natural salt lake and the second biggest lake in Turkey. Visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and Ankara Castle. Depart for Ankara Airport for your domestic flight to Istanbul. Check in to hotel in Istanbul.
After breakfast, you will have a city tour of Istanbul. You will visit the Hippodrome; Ancient Hippodrome was the scene of chariot races, with the three monuments; the Obelisk of Theodosius, the bronze Serpentine Column and the Column of Constantine. Then we visit Sultanahmet Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and the Underground Cistern. Later we visit the Grand Bazaar. You will return to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Please Note: Topkapi Palace is closed on Tuesdays. If your tour is on one of these days, we would offer to take you to the Underground Cistern instead of the Topkapi Palace Museum. Overnight in Istanbul
After breakfast, free until checkout, later transfer to the airport for onward flight.
