  • Arrival NJP /IXB to Gangtok

Meet & Greet at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport & after arrival transfer to Gangtok. Gangtok is the Capital of Sikkim. Evening free for explore the hill station. Overnight stay Gangtok.
 

 

  • In Gangtok (9 AM to 4 PM)

After breakfast start for city tour covering Hanuman Talk , Ganesh Talk & Tashi View Point , Gunjan Monastery, Bagthang Water Falls,  Jhakri Water Falls, Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms(Closed on Sunday), Cable Car ( Own Ticket ) , Research Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sunday), Do-Dul-Chorten (Stupa ), Flower show up to 4 PM. Evening will free for personal activities & shopping. Overnight stay Gangtok.

  • Day Excursion Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (timing will depend on the issuance of Permit)

A day excursion to Tsomgo Lake – situated at a height of 3,780 Mts. with an average depth of 50 ft& Baba Mandir – The shrine maid in memory of sepoyHarbahajan Singh, Back to Gangtok. Evening will free, overnight stay Gangtok.
 

 

  • Gangtok to Darjeeling

After breakfast transfer to Darjeeling. Darjeeling is one of the most magnificent hill resorts in the world, Known as “The Queen of Hills Station”. Evening free to explore the Hill Queen or Roam around The Mall. Overnight stay Darjeeling.
 
 

  • In Darjeeling

Early Morning at 04 AM visit Tiger Hill ,famous for sunrise over Mt. Kunchanjungha, on the way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop and back to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast proceeds for visit 7 points, covering The Himalayan Mountaineering Institute & PNZ Zoological Park (both closed on Thursday) Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Self Help Refuge Centre (closed on Sunday), Tea Garden (outer view), Japanese Temple, and Peace Pagoda , Ropeway (operational, rope-way ride & detention charges to be paid by guest directly). Overnight stay Darjeeling.  
 
 

  • Darjeeling to NJP / IXB

Morning will free for packing & personal activities. After breakfast, transfer to NJP/ IXB Airport for return journey.

  • Please inform to your guest that vehicle will not be at disposal it will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis).
  • AC will not work in hills.
  • Permit Charges & Hotel Taxes (as per itinerary). 
SUPPLEMENT CHARGES:
Nathula Pass @ Rs.7,000  per car will be charged extra (Monday & Tuesday closed).
 

EXCLUSIONS

  • Cost for supplementary service, optional Tours, Up-gradation Charges, Guide, camera fees, Entry fees to Monuments & places. .
  • Any Air Fare/Train fare/Helicopter fare.
  • Personal Expenses (Laundry, telephone, tips, Mineral water, soft/hard drinks, cable car ride, rafting, Toy Train)
  • Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in our itinerary.
  • If any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (The same need to be borne by the client & need to pay directly on the spot).
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.
  • Room Heater Charges
  • Travel Insurance.
  • Anything which is not included in the Package inclusion.

Important Notes:

As per Hotel Rules. Normally Check-in 12:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.

 
Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive & have to wait at the Hotel Lobby in time. Mainly in Gangtok vehicle will not allowed to park at the hotel instead of parking stand due to shortage of space for car parking. Once our vehicle will leave the hotel area without picking up the guests & come back at parking stand then guest must have to arrange their own to reach at the parking stand.
 
It is mandatory that guest should carry photo proof identity card – voter id card, etc. For Tsomgo Lake, Baba Mandir& North Sikkim tour ILP (Inner line permit) is required for Indian tourist. It is mandatory that guest should carry 04 COPIES (02 copies for Tsomgo lake & 02 copies for North Sikkim) OF PASS – PORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH & ORIGINAL as well as Photocopy of ID PROOF (ID card – Voter ID /Pass-port/Driving License etc) for  processing of permit. Child should be carry their Birth Certificate/school certificate (any photo ID) & photograph. As per the latest ruling from the Government Pan card will not be accepted as id proof  w.e.f. 15/12/2011, as Pan Card does not have the address of the clients. Indian Nationals / Passport Holders are require to submit a properly addressed valid Photo ID Proof for the check-in to the hotel as well as this is mandatory for all adult including child. This could be original passport, driving license, voter ID etc.
 
PAYMENT POLICY
 
Booking deposit: Rs. 20000/- per person while confirming your booking. Balance Payment: 40 days prior to departure
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
 
If you want to cancel your booking for any reason, you must intimate in writing to the Company and deliver it to the concerned officeryou are dealing with at the sales outlet. In case of cancellations the following cancellation charges would apply
