How to reach Cuba

Easy available local transport: Within cities, transportation options include official yellow taxis, classic car taxis (particularly in Havana), bicycle taxis (bici-taxis), three-wheeled cocotaxis, and in Havana, tourist hop-on-hop-off buses; while local public buses (guaguas) exist, they are extremely crowded and rarely used by tourists despite their very low cost.

Metro system: Cuba does not have a metro or subway system in any of its cities, relying instead on surface transportation options like buses, taxis, and in some cases, horse-drawn carriages for public transportation needs.
