Trains operate between Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru, from where passengers can cross into Singapore via land checkpoints. 

Reaching Singapore by bus is a popular and economical option for travelers from Malaysia and neighboring countries. Several long-distance bus services operate daily routes from cities like Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, and Johor Bahru directly to Singapore. These buses are comfortable, air-conditioned, and often provide onboard amenities.
