By Air

Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu connects with major Asian hubs including Delhi, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Dubai, with seasonal connections to Europe. Regional airports in Pokhara and Bhairahawa (Lumbini) offer additional international access.

By Rail

No direct international rail connections; nearest Indian railway stations at Gorakhpur, Raxaul, and New Jalpaiguri require further bus travel to Nepalese border crossings.

By Road

Overland entry possible through multiple border crossings with India at Sunauli-Bhairahawa, Raxaul-Birgunj, and Panitanki-Kakarbhitta; and from Tibet (China) via Kerung and Kodari/Tatopani, with proper permits and border formalities.
